Scenes from the Bushnell

The Bushnell Legacy Society

Belding TheaterThe Bushnell Legacy Society was created to honor those who have chosen to enrich the future of the Hall through their estate plans and have advised The Bushnell of their intention in writing.  Your support through a planned gift can help ensure a permanent home for performing arts and community groups, and maintain the highest quality arts education initiatives in Connecticut.   Your gift can be as unique as your own signature, tailored to meet both your philanthropic and financial objectives.

Gifts conferring membership are welcomed without regard to amount and include both a current or future transfer of assets.  You are eligible for membership in The Bushnell Legacy Society if you have made any of the following gift arrangements:
- a bequest to The Bushnell in your will or trust
- a life income plan, which provides income to you, such as a charitable gift annuity or a charitable remainder trust
- a gift which provides income to The Bushnell during your lifetime, such as a charitable lead trust
- a gift designating The Bushnell as the beneficiary of a life insurance policy or retirement plan
- a gift of real estate

Members of The Bushnell Legacy Society are welcomed with a gift and receive special invitations to events and performances.  Members who so wish are recognized permanently and publicly at The Bushnell and in Bushnell publications.  All requests for anonymity are respected.
