Job Title: Production Coordinator

Shift: 37.5 hours per week, includes evenings and weekends
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinates all event-related activities, including but not limited to information verification and distribution, acquisition of rental equipment, timekeeping and payroll functions, scheduling of vendor services, expense estimation and settlement preparation, audition and rehearsal planning and execution, and liaison with Lessee staff. High school diploma or equivalent, college a plus.
Position Title: Part time - Patron Services Manager
Reports To: Front of House/Operations Manager
FLSA Status: Part time/Non-Exempt/Hourly
Working Hours: Evenings and weekends, some daytime
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for on-site event management for all patron areas with attention to excellence in customer service (internal and external), Front of House and volunteer relations, community building and patron safety/security. High school diploma or equivalent.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Dedicated executive team member eager to champion the reinvention of The Bushnell as a performing arts center of the 21st century. Inspires and supervises the creation and execution of plans and timelines related to marketing, sales, publicity, customer service and research as they relate to all Bushnell sponsored series, ticket campaigns and special events. Provides visionary leadership regarding the implementation of new technologies, development of new markets and business lines, campaigns, research efforts, and audience development initiatives. With the Vice President of Programs and Director of Finance, identifies, develops and monitors sales goals for all programs and budgetary goals for marketing, communications and sales efforts. Working with program, box office, customer service staff develops multilevel, integrated campaigns to build sales for all programs and events (i.e. subscription packaging, flexible packages, incentive programs, group sales and web-based strategies etc). Directs all advertising, publicity and promotions related to Bushnell-sponsored programs, special events and, at times, rentals, including but not limited to advance and in-town interview opportunities, show related promotions and special projects. Cultivating and retaining value-added media partnerships and identifying and securing other promotional relationships. Oversees development of needed collateral materials including brochures, flyers, posters, other. Supervises Advertising and Promotions Manager and Communications Manager. Serves as in-house marketing advisor for non-show-related projects such as campaigns to entice facility sales, packaging and marketing educational programs, other. Prepares and reviews annual budgets for all areas. Oversees the monitoring of expenses and income to ensure department meets financial goals established by the institution. Performs other duties as required. This position has supervisory responsibilities.
SKILLS DESIRED:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree with extensive marketing and sales experience preferably in a performing arts or entertainment setting.
Excellent managerial skills. Minimum of 5-7 years progressive marketing experience - Highly motivated self-starter

- Possess high standards of integrity, credibility, and reliability to articulate the needs, opportunities, and aspirations of The Bushnell with clarity and enthusiasm

Shift: 37.5 hours per week includes evenings and weekends
DUTIES & RESPONSBILILITIES:
Dedicated team member who along with Vice President and other key executives, identifies and exploits programmatic opportunities that support The Bushnell’s mission and vision, and promote its financial stability as it re-defines the role of a performing arts center in the 21st century. Researches, budgets, negotiates, manages, successfully executes and settles events including but not limited to concerts, family programming, Bushnell Children’s Theater, comedy, film and venue rentals. Facilitates departmental administration (i.e., annual and event budget creation and maintenance; monitoring of accounts payable/receivable; payroll; personnel). Produces and/or assists with the production of shows, events, series and/or festivals. Serves as primary liaison to multiple, internal departments. Interfaces with multiple departments regarding the creation and advancement of comprehensive audience development concepts. Interfaces with talent agents, managers, TIPCON and artists in order to further establish The Bushnell as a key Northeast venue. Monitors and researches industry and community trends which may inform programmatic opportunities. Embodies knowledge of and enthusiasm for multiple performing arts genres.
SKILLS DESIRED:
- College or technical school degree; 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Highly motivated self-starter.
- Superior attention to detail and communication skills.
- Possess ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet short deadlines.
- Accomplished team builder and leader.
- Prior work experience in event management or performing arts is desirable.
