Very Eric Carle comes to The Bushnell in March
Very Eric Carle, a presentation of three beloved Carle stories, is coming to The Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts' Belding Theater on Friday, March 5, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. and Saturday, March 6, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. The March 5 performances are part of The Bushnell Children's Theatre, sponsored by People's Bank. Tickets are $8.50. The March 6 performances are presented as part of the Robinson and Cole Family Series. Tickets are $20.00 for adults and $10.00 for children. High up in a beautiful blue sky, a Little Cloud changes into various shapes of things he has seen. An adventurous trip to the zoo changing into different animals teaches The Mixed-Up Chameleon the importance of being true to oneself. In The Very Busy Spider, a spider builds a web on a farmyard fence and ignores the playful banter of the barnyard animals. These whimsical tales are much beloved by several generations and have been translated into 20 languages.
